While completing an exterior painting project at this Weston home, we uncovered a more serious issue: rot had not only affected the trim detailing but had also compromised one of the structural posts. We carefully dismantled the railings and posts to replace all compromised sections. During the process, we discovered portions of the railing were also affected.
