While completing an exterior painting project at this Weston home we uncovered a more serious issue. Rot had affected the trim detailing and had also compromised multiple structural posts. Because our team provides both painting and carpentry services we were able to address the problem immediately without delays or outside contractors.
We dismantled the railings and posts with care and replaced every compromised section. During this process we discovered that parts of the railing system were also damaged. Replacing the railing through the manufacturer would have required a long special order, often six weeks or more, to match the existing design. Instead our master carpenters crafted the needed railing components in house and recreated the design with precision.
Once the railing concerns were resolved we installed the new structural posts correctly to ensure long term stability and durability. By the end of the project everything was restored seamlessly. The area looked as though no damage had ever occurred and our client was thrilled with the result.
